Current
Projects
We've created a high school Moot
Court competition based on a current U.S. Supreme Court case.
In 2007, we did Morse v. Frederick (Bong HiTS 4 Jesus).
See the Moot Court page for details.
New simulations
We updated and revamped our
election simulation, Running for Office which
is available now.
Updates
Puttin' on the Robes
has been updated to include John Roberts as Chief Justice, replacing
the late William Rehnquist and Samuel Alito replacing Sandra Day
O'Connor.
Note: There was an error on some of the pages.
The footnote (regarding "double jeopardy") should have
indicated the Fifth Amendment, not the Eighth. The
corrected pages are available at this link. This file can
be printed double sided.
Our model legislature simulation Did
My Bill Pass? and our Taxation simulation are up-to-date for 110th
Congress, First Session which began on January 4, 2007, We'll
update again after January 3, 2008 for the 110th Congress, Second
Session.
