Can workers start their
own businesses at any time? |

Yes. However, they must take out
a loan like the other business owners. I suggest that businesses
become more (or less) expensive each Quarter. For example,
in Quarter 2, a new business loan might cost $85,000 instead
of the $75,000 paid by the original business owners. The new
business owner still gets the same amount of money and cards
as the original ones did. The $10,000 difference is just the
added cost of opening up the business. |

Can I sell my house? |

Yes, but it will cost you a percentage,
say 2%, of the current value as a transaction fee. For example,
if value is $200,000 the fee (which is paid to the Bank) would
be $4,000. |

Can we have three people in one house? |

No, in order to have enough Demand
for Econos, the game needs enough Households. |

Can we rent? |
A: |
Yes, but some person needs to own
the house you are renting. If you can find a person or business
that wants to buy houses and rent them, that is okay. You
still have to buy the number of Econos based on the value
of the house you are renting. |
