Update 2/06: Change of USSC justices (PDF)

This updates the USSC justice descriptions and the USSC seating charts, due to the death of Chief Justice William Rehnquist and the installation of his replacement as Chief Justice, John Roberts and the replacement of Sandra Day O'Connor by Samuel Alito. Updated in 2009 for the addition of Sonia Sotomayor.
